Holly Hotel

In December, JPR Studios will release Christmas at the Holly Hotel. This upcoming holiday movie will be shown in theaters in Flint, Marine City, and Milford. Additionally, it will be presented at the Capitol Theatre in Flint and at the Detroit Historical Museum. The shows will be free, and many of them will feature free hors d’oeuvres, autographs, and posters. The Capitol Theatre will also hold a special dinner with the cast and producer.

The Holly Hotel has been known for its award-winning dining for decades. This historic hotel is also a beautiful setting for private social gatherings. It can accommodate both the smallest dinner party and the largest milestone event. For example, in the 1940s, the Main Dining Room hosted the engagement party of Tommy Dorsey and Patricia Dane. Its Circassian walnut paneled walls and mahogany bar make the Main Dining Room a romantic and memorable place to hold a private event. In 1992, the hotel was home to President and Mrs. Bush.

The Holly Hotel is located in downtown Holly. Many of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1800s. The area is also known for the Battle Alley, where Carry Nation supporters smashed whiskey bottles with umbrellas. In the same area, there are many shops and restaurants. You can also enjoy the Dickens Festival and Renaissance Festival.
